Florida Football held its annual Orange and Blue Debut Saturday, running drills and scrimmages for the public.

Ole Miss defeated Florida after playing 11 innings Friday night at McKethan Stadium. The two teams play again Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm.

Kentucky defeated Florida in baseball 6-2 Sunday, sending the Wildcats home with the series win. The Wildcats won the final two series games of the weekend, making it the first time since 1999 since the Wildcats have taken a series win in Gainesville.

Senior night was a memorable one for Erik Murphy, Kenny Boynton and Mike Rosario when the Florida Gators defeated the Vanderbilt Commodores 66-40 Wednesday night for the SEC title. Boynton was the lead scorer with 15 points, followed by Patric Young with 14 and Murphy with 10.

Florida Men’s Basketball had no problem defeating the Arkansas Razorbacks, 71-54, in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Saturday night.

The Florida Gymnastics team beats the Kentucky Wildcats by less than a point in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Friday night. Three Florida Gators fell off during their bar routines, creating a smaller lead for the Gators, but not stopping them from taking the win.

Florida Men’s Basketball had no problem taking the victory over the Georgia Bulldogs Wednesday night, 77-44. Mike Rosario led the Gators with 19 points.

Florida Men’s Basketball had no difficulty defeating Marquette Thursday night, 82-49. Florida’s Michael Frazier lead the team with 17 points.
