The Tampa Bay Rays (8-10) are coming off a three-game series against the Boston Red Sox (10-10).
Game 1: It was a complete offensive display for the Rays. With a final score of 16-1, the Rays tallied four home runs on the night, and Kameron Misner (OF) had two of his own. On the mound, Shane Baz had 11 strikeouts which marks a career-high.
Game 2: After two innings, the Red Sox were up 3-0. The Rays tried to stay in the game, but their efforts were not enough as they lost 7-4. Alex Bregman, Red Sox third baseman, had two home runs, five hits and four RBI’s.

Game 3: The rubber match was definitely a nail bitter. In a low scoring game, the Red sox edged out the Rays 1-0. The only run came in via the home run ball in the 3rd inning by David Hamilton (2B).
