Regular Season Performance

The Gators also had one individual champion. Guiser became just the second UF freshman to earn medalist honors at the Gators Invitational.

Redshirt-freshman Klonowski brought consistency to the lineup, leading in stroke average at 72.2 and finishing top-25 in all eight regular season events. She has 10 rounds under par this season.

Sophomores Archer and Francisco had strong regular seasons, combining for 6 top-10s and 11 top-25s. Francisco had a stroke average of 72.4 and Archer 72.7.

Freshman Widjaja played in seven events with four top-10s, tied for team-best with six top–25s and stroke average of 73.0

Tuttle, a redshirt sophomore, has battled hard to get a spot in the starting five. She missed most last season and most of this year due to injury. However, Tuttle got some playing time in the last few tournaments of the spring season. She scored her lowest collegiate round at the 2025 Gators invitational (70), and is primed for a good performance at the SEC tournament.

 Tournament History

The Orange & Blue have won the SEC Championship nine times in program history. Its most recent victory was in 2017, where the Gators won by 13 strokes.

Florida missed the cut last season, finishing 13th. In 2023, the Gators dropped their quarterfinals match 4-1 vs. Texas A&M, who went on to win the SEC title. In 2022, Gators finished runner-up and made it to finals for the first time since the match play format addition.

Tee Off

The Gators teed off round one at 9:40 a.m. on Monday. An individual champion will be crowned after 54-holes of stroke play. Eight teams will then advance to match play to determine the team title.
