Pepsi Florida Relays History
In 2024, the Gators set 10 personal records on Day 1 alone. Daalen took the NCAA lead at the time and set the best mark in the discus throw in the relay’s history with her 59.96-meter launch. She surpassed that score last week.
On the track, Ashton Schwartzman and Ryan McCloskey both set personal records in the men’s 200 meter. Schwartzman ran a time of 21.28 and McCloskey finished at 21.44. They could look to beat those records on Friday.
On Deck
The Pepsi Florida Relays are set to begin on Friday at 8 a.m. with high school competition and collegiate events beginning at 12 p.m. Times are tentative, with the full schedule coming out Thursday.
