The No. 5 Florida Gators put on a show Saturday against Ole Miss to finish the regular season 90-71 in their last home game.
Walter Clayton Jr, Alijah Martin and Will Richard celebrated their Senior Night with the Gators (27-4, 14-4 SEC) at the sold-out O’Connell Center. Clayton had an explosive game in knocking down five 3-pointers to finish with 23 points, eight assists and five rebounds.
As if Clayton’s performance wasn’t enough for the Rebels (21-10, 10-8) to worry about, forward Alex Condon collected his second straight double-double, a 17 point and 15 rebounds night.
Martin added 13 points and Richard 10 points, as the Gators shot 49% from the field and made 14 from the 3-point line.
Florida’s 14-0 run early in the second half pushed the Rebels to the edge.

The game started out a lot closer than the Gators wanted. The Rebels have guard Sean Pedulla to thank for that. It seemed as though whenever the Gators gained momentum, Pedulla would fire right back with his own big play. Pedulla shot 4 of 6 from 3-point range and 7 of 13 from the field.
