Florida’s standout Liv McGill was named to the SEC All-Freshmen Team on Tuesday.
McGill’s selection comes after an impressive debut season where she made an immediate impact for the Gators, leading all freshmen nationally in assists per game and total assists.

McGill’s Impact
In 30 games, McGill has distributed 151 assists, averaging five per game, while also proving to be a dominant scorer. She ranks in the top five among freshmen nationwide in total points, posting 486 on the season. The dynamic guard currently averages 16.2 points per game and has reached double figures in scoring in 27 of her 30 outings. Her career best was 28 points against Florida State on Nov. 22, 2024.
