Gervon Dexter Sr. has improved his draft stock immensely following an impressive performance at Florida’s 2023 Pro Day.

Draft Day Projection

The defensive lineman had a successful NFL Combine four weeks earlier, racing his 6-foot-6, 310-pound body to a stunning 4.88 in the 40. Dexter’s draft stock has increased from an early third-day grade to a likely spot in the second or third round. Thanks to his speed and strength, including ripping off 22 reps of 225 pounds in the bench-press test, Dexter is a specimen.

Dexter has met with 22 NFL teams and added muscle while cutting his body fat down to around 15 percent. He was one of many defensive linemen to impress, including Brenton Cox Jr. Cox was dismissed from the team with four games remaining last season. Yet, he still made an appearance at Florida’s pro day and managed to improve on some aspects from the combine.

Dexter is hoping to find out where his path leads him in the upcoming NFL Draft.

When asked what his favorite NFL team was, Dexter had no particular answer and is happy wherever he ends up.
