Faedo said that he hasn’t had a lot changed with his throwing mechanics. His coaches in the minors are also helping more with his mentality while on the mound. He said that he also has been using his fastball more in the minors compared to college.
The approach on the mound for Faedo is still the same. He also credits the teachings of Gator head coach Kevin O’Sullivan have carried over to the big leagues.
The former Gator said the support from the fans in Erie has been great. He said he has enjoyed his time there so far, and the temperatures up in Pennsylvania have been more comfortable.
Faedo will make his third start with Erie on Thursday against the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. First pitch for that game is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
