Ravens Beat The Browns On ‘Kick Six’

The Baltimore Ravens beat the Browns 33-27 on Monday night.

The Browns attempted a 51-yard field goal for the win with the score tied at 27-27 when the kick was blocked by Raven’s Defensive End Brent Urban. The ball was then returned 64-yards up the sideline by former Gator and Raven’s Safety Will Hill for a touchdown!

This marked the fifth game that the Ravens have blocked a kick or a punt. This was a big game for Urban as this was his first game off the injured reserve.

The Ravens took over the ball with only a minute to go after the Browns scored to tie the game. It was not looking good for the Ravens as Quarterback Matt Schaub threw an interception with just 50 seconds remaining.

Browns quarterback Austin Davis was put in late in the game and took the Browns 13 yards to the Raven’s 33-yard line to set them up for the 51-yard field goal attempt. This was where the Ravens stepped up to end the game with an improbable and shocking win.

The Browns are now 2-9 and the Ravens have now won back-to-back games for the first time this season to improve to 4-7.
