Gainesville High’s Ralph Webb Commits to Vandy

Gainesville High School running back Ralph Webb committed to Vanderbilt this weekend via his Twitter account.

The 5-foot-10 RB ran for 2,020 yards this season along with 28 touchdowns. Webb also scored two touchdowns in their loss to Central in the 6A championship game.

Webb also received offers from Florida Atlantic University, Boston College and Minnesota.

Gainesville High School won’t have to look far for Webb’s replacement. Junior RB Tony James looks to take over the reins as the new starter for the Purple Hurricanes.
