Weekend Gator Soccer Preview

The  22nd ranked Gator soccer team travels to Tallahassee tonight to take on the top ranked Florida State Seminoles. The Gators are 1-1-1 so far this season with a loss to Miami, a tie with North Carolina, and an upset win over previously #2 ranked Duke. Florida head coach Becky Burleigh  says the team has shown progress over the past weekend.

Burleigh says that after a disappointing start to the season, the big win over Duke has enhanced the team’s confidence for tonight’s game against FSU.

After taking on the #1 team in the country tonight, the Gator soccer team will face Florida International University at home on Sunday night. Burleigh talks about what the team needs to do in order to be as competitive as possible moving forward.

You can catch both games this weekend right here on ESPN Radio 850/900, live at 6:50pm.
