Kenseth Wins Daytona 500

In a race filled with fiery crashes, Matt Kenseth comes out of the pack and wins the Daytona 500 run on Monday night.

The victory was Kenseth’s second Daytona 500 win but the win was a little overshadowed by a big crash when Juan Pablo Montoya hit a safety truck that held 200 gallons of jet kerosene; the truck burst into flames and the race was delayed two hours while the mess was cleaned up.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished second in the race followed by Greg Biffle, Denny Hamlin and Jeff Burton.
