- The Indianapolis Colts have hired Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Chuck Pagano as their new head coach, replacing the fired Jim Caldwell….will he mesh with quarterback Peyton Manning?
- The Australian Open tennis tournament continues today as the top four men’s seeds have all advanced to the semifinals. Today, Rafael Nadal moved to the finals by beating Roger Federer in four tough sets. On the women’s side, the final is set as three seed Victoria Azarenka beat defending champion Kim Clijsters while reigning Wimbledon champ Petra Kvitova lost to Maria Sharapova.
- The number one ranked Gator women’s tennis team opens defense of its national title Wednesday with a 7-0 win over Troy.
- The Gator lacrosse team has an exhibition today against the English national team and WRUF Sports Radio 850 has the action live at 6:20pm.
