With Georgia being crowned the SEC Champion on Saturday, the postseason bowl game schedule was announced on Sunday and 11 SEC teams are set to compete for a bowl victory.
Peach Bowl: Georgia vs Ohio State

Ohio State will face the Georgia Bulldogs in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl for a spot in the National Championship.
The only time the Buckeyes have faced the Bulldogs was in the 1993 Citrus Bowl, losing 21-14.
The No. 1 Bulldogs went 13-0 in the regular season. Ohio State had a near-perfect season, only losing to Michigan which knocked them out of contention for a Big Ten Championship.
Orange Bowl: Tennessee vs Clemson

No. 6 Tennessee and No. 7 Clemson are set to meet in the Capital One Orange Bowl on Dec. 30 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Tennessee will be making its fifth Orange Bowl appearance and it’s first since 1998. Clemson will be making its seventh appearance. The Tigers currently have a 4-2 overall Orange Bowl record.
This bowl game will mark the 20th time the Volunteers and Tigers have met. Dating back to 1901, Tennessee leads the all-time series 11-6-2.
Sugar Bowl: Alabama vs Kansas State

Alabama will not take part in the College Football Playoff and will instead face the Big 12 champion Kansas State in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
Although Alabama was hoping to be in the playoff, their two losses to Tennessee and LSU gave them a final ranking of No 5.
Kansas State finished as AAC Champions with a 10-3 record. .
Citrus Bowl: LSU vs Purdue
For the first time since 2006, Purdue will be traveling to Florida for the Citrus Bowl. The 8-5 Boilermakers will face No. 17 LSU.
The Tigers are coming off of a loss to the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Championship, where they were defeated 50-30.
ReliaQuest Bowl: Mississippi State vs Illinois
The No. 22 Mississippi State Bulldogs will travel to the Sunshine State to face Illinois in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
This will be the second time in history that these teams face off and this is the Illini’s first bowl appearance since 1991. Mississippi State will compete in a bowl game for the 13th consecutive season.
Music City Bowl: Kentucky vs Iowa
Iowa will have a rematch against Kentucky in the Music City Bowl on New Year’s Eve in Nashville.
Last season, the Wildcats and the Hawkeyes faced off in the Citrus Bowl, where Kentucky defeated the Hawkeyes 20-17. The Wildcats finished their regular season 7-5 overall and 3-5 in conference play.
Tax Act Texas Bowl: Ole Miss vs Texas Tech
Ole Miss is headed to the Tax Act Texas Bowl to face the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Under third-year head coach Lane Kiffin, the Rebels finished 8-4 in the regular season. After starting the season 7-0, Ole Miss closed its season by losing four of its last five games. At one point, Texas Tech was 4-5, but they won their last three games to finish 7-5.
TaxSlayer Gator Bowl: South Carolina vs Notre Dame
The No. 19 Gamecocks will play against the No. 21 Fighting Irish in the 78th annual TaxSlayer Gator Bowl.
This is the Gamecocks’ 25th bowl game appearance, and it’s their fifth trip to Jacksonville for the Gator Bowl. Both the Gamecocks and the Fighting Irish finished 8-4 in the regular season.
Auto Zone Liberty Bowl: Arkansas vs Kansas
The Arkansas Razorbacks are headed to Memphis to take on Kansas in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl on Dec. 28.
It’s the third straight season under head coach Sam Pittman the Hogs have received an invite to a bowl game. This year’s game will mark Arkansas’ sixth appearance in the game dating back to 1971. They’re last bowl game ended in a 24-10 victory over Penn State in the 2022 Outback Bowl.
Las Vegas Bowl: Florida vs Oregon State
The Oregon State Beavers and the Gators head to Las Vegas for the Las Vegas Bowl on Dec. 17.
Oregon State has not made a Vegas Bowl appearance since 2009 and their last appearance ended with a 44-20 loss to BYU.
Florida finished the regular season 6-6 and finished tied for fourth in the SEC East division. This will be the first meeting between the Gators and the Beavers and only the second time the Vegas Bowl features a team from the SEC.
Gasparilla Bowl: Mizzou vs Wake Forest
Wake Forest will travel to Tampa, Florida, to face off against Missouri in the Gasparilla Bowl on Dec. 23.
This is the seventh-straight bowl appearance for Wake Forest and their first appearance in the Gasparilla Bowl.
The Tigers finished the season with a 6-6 record after losing four of their first six games.
