Tuesday marks the day that the SEC baseball tournament begins. The tournament will be held in Hoover, Alabama.
The Georgia Bulldogs will face the Ole Miss Rebels on Tuesday and the Bulldogs have had an up and down season thus far. The Bulldogs had an opportunity to come into the tournament being a regional host team but lost three out of the last four games in the ninth inning.
The Bulldogs are 27-29 overall and 11-19 in the SEC while the Rebels are 40-16 overall and 18-12 in the SEC.

Both teams faced off against each other three weeks ago when the Rebels won two out of the three games they played.
Last time Georgia was in the SEC Tournament was in 2014 when the Bulldogs fell to Mississippi State 5-4 in 10 innings.
The winner of this game will face off against the SEC eastern division champion South Carolina (42-13) on Wednesday. The SEC tournament champion will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Georgia has never won the SEC tournament but has finished twice three times.
The Bulldogs will start redshirt Senior Heath Holder (4-4, 3.34 ERA).
