The No. 7 Florida Gators face the No. 22 UCF Knights March 30 at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
History
The Gators have a leg up over UCF win 22 wins and six losses against the Knights. Florida won the most recent game Feb. 27, 12-11. In the Knights classic, fifth-year second baseman Hannah Adams, senior Charla Echols and sophomore Katie Kistler dominated on the offense. Kistler had three hits, making for a season high.
Florida holds a 13-3 home record and a 7-3 record in Orlando dating back to Jan. 25, 2003.
Gators On The Plate
Florida poses a tough threat to UCF on the offense.
The team is the only school in the nation with four hitters having 36 or more hits in the season: Kendra Falby (42), Cheyenne Lindsey (39), Adams (38) and Skylar Wallace (36).
The Gators are No. 2 in stolen bases (78), No. 9 in batting average in the nation with a .342 average, No. 10 in the nation in on-base percentage (.424) and No. 16 in scoring (6.59).
Freshman Falby leads the team with 42 hits and ranks third in the nation for her stat. She leads the nation in runs per game with 1.09 and comes second in the nation in stolen bases with 22.
Redshirt junior Wallace ranks fourth in the nation for all-time stolen bases being 28-for-28. Sheโs also sixth in the nation for on-base percentage (.593) and runs per game (1.22).

UCF In The Ring
The Knights are on an 18-game win streak, the second longest streak in program history, and holds the third-longest streak in college softball this season.
Senior Gianna Mancha is a powerhouse pitcher for the Knights and may serve as a major inconvenience for Florida. Mancha made a season-high 10 strikeouts against USF March 27 in seven innings pitched and is ranked No. 36 in the nation in strikeouts with 112.
