The Florida Gator softball team has been selected as the number one overall seed in the NCAA Tournament for a third straight year. The Gators have been a dominant force this season. Despite losing to Ole Miss in the SEC tournament, Florida finished the season at 50-6 overall and 20-3 in conference play.
SEC Makes History
For the first time ever, the SEC is sending all 13 of its softball programs to the NCAA Tournament. Eight of those 13 teams are hosting a regional.
