After a week of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, NHL teams are either wrapping up Game 4 of their series tonight or getting ready for it.
Game 4 Playoff Recaps
Rangers vs Canadiens
In last night’s Game 4, the New York Rangers got a 2-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens. The series is now even at 2-2 as the teams enter Game 5 tomorrow night.
In the first period, the Rangers’ Jesper Fast scored the first goal unassisted. Montreal’s Torrey Mitchell, assisted by Shea Weber and Alexander Radulov, scored and tied the game at 1-1.
The Rangers’ Rick Nash scored in the second, which pulled the Rangers ahead to win the game. Nash was assisted by Ryan McDonagh.
In this game, the Rangers’ Henrik Lundqvist made 23 saves and Montreal’s Carey Price made 30 saves.

Game 5 of the series will be in Montreal Thursday night at 7 with Game 6 back in Madison Square Garden on Saturday.
Sharks vs Oilers
After a 7-0 win last night over the Edmonton Oilers, the San Jose Sharks evened their series 2-2.
Leading scorers for the Sharks were Joe Pavelski and Logan Couture with two goals each.
The other goals in the game were scored by Patrick Marleau, Marcus Sorensen and David Schlemko.
After the game, Sharks’ head coach Peter DeBoer said that even though his team won, they still need to play well in the next game and follow up last night’s win.
Game 5 is tomorrow night at 10:30 in Edmonton at Rogers Place.
Blue Jackets vs Penguins
The playoff road could have ended for the Blue Jackets last night with a sweep by Pittsburgh. However, the Blue Jackets pulled off a 5-4 win, which will push the series forward to Game 5.

The Blue Jackets took the lead in the first period and were able to carry that momentum to the end.
After the game, the Blue Jackets’ Cam Atkinson commended the Penguins for being a great team and added that his team found a way to get the win.
Pittsburgh leads the series 3-1. Game 5 is tomorrow night at 7 in Pittsburgh.
Game 4 Playoff Previews
Capitals vs Maple Leafs
Entering tonight’s game, the Toronto Maple Leafs lead the series 2-1 against the Washington Capitals.

Monday night’s game was the second consecutive loss by the Capitals to the Maple Leafs. Both wins by the Maple Leafs were 4-3 in overtime.
Tonight’s game is at 7 from the Air Canada Centre.
Wild vs Blues
The pressure is on for Minnesota if they want to continue in the playoffs. Currently, the St. Louis Blues are leading the series 3-0.

Currently, the Ottawa Senators lead the Boston Bruins 2-1 in the series.

Ducks vs Flames
The Anaheim Ducks are looking to complete the sweep over the Calgary Flames in tonight’s game. They currently lead the series 3-0.
